This course focuses on conspiracy theories and the technological triggers and psychological mechanisms that explain their spread on the Internet and in social networks.
Learning objectives
The objective is to awaken participants to conspiracy theories in the current context of the Internet and social networks, to understand what triggers them and what amplifies their reach.

- Become aware of the psychological mechanisms that act as filters on our perception of reality
- Understand the motivations of the producers and followers of conspiracy theories
- Develop doubt, critical thinking and the ability to spot and analyze conspiracy theories
