General intro

This training focuses on mass surveillance in the Internet era, what explains this phenomenon, what is at stake for individuals and for society, as well as the solutions to limit the collection of personal data and to protect one’s privacy.

To make participants aware of the causes, manifestations and possible responses to the surveillance society that is taking hold with the Internet and the numerous new communication tools.
